Sam Thomas-Berry, Vice President, Global Talent and Chief Diversity Officer at Kellanova has 19 years’ experience at the snacking powerhouse. Sam’s passion and commitment for ED&I and developing talent throughout her various roles has guided her towards her current position. Her passion for creating a culture of belonging where everyone can bring their authentic self to work has helped drive progressive actions in Kellanova that remove barriers, promote inclusivity, and create equal opportunities for all. Sam has enjoyed over 25 years in HR spanning across diverse industries such as telecommunications, aerospace, manufacturing and FMCG.

Sam grew up in the North West of England, close to Liverpool and completed a Business Studies degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University in the UK and in 2018, she graduated from Harvard Business School.
