Kirsten is in the unusual and fortunate position of having worked on MentorHER from both sides as she recently moved from Manchester Digital, where she led the Digital Her programme, to AutoTrader, where she’s now part of the Learning & Development team.

 Throughout each step of Kirsten’s squiggly career that has taken her from the arts industry into tech, she’s been committed to supporting people to realise their potential, achieve their goals and to thrive. She is a huge advocate for the roles of mentoring and coaching in creating a more diverse & inclusive society. Kirsten’s been a mentor since 2017 and completed her coaching accreditation in early 2022.
