Liz (she/her) has worked extensively delivering and designing Talent Acquisition strategies for some of the largest and most complex businesses globally (working across industry sectors including Technology, Finance, Engineering, Retail and Digital). An expert in Contingent and Permanent workforce management and optimisation, Liz has worked across different disciplines, in both specialist and volume resourcing to deliver exceptional talent with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.

With a specific focus on optimising in-house delivery functions, shaping new and innovative ways of working, aligning DE&I strategies and TA business partnering Liz delivers value creating EVPs and re-shaping perceptions of organisations as destinations for talent.
