Why Understanding Your Role as a Leader is Crucial to Growing Your Business – Help to Grow

Change starts with you as a business leader but many founders and senior leaders of small businesses have never completed any business or leadership training.

The Help to Grow: Management Course is designed to boost the leadership skills of SME leaders and their senior managers across the UK. Over the course of 12 weeks, we help SME leaders think about their role as a leader, how it needs to change to allow the business to transform, and the fundamentals of leading a business and creating a sustainable business strategy. With the support of SME experts, a 1-2-1 mentor and peer group sessions, we provide an understanding of the practical business tools and frameworks that allow SME leaders like you to make decisions with more confidence, lead change and communicate that change to their employees, as well as other senior leadership team members and investors.

In this honest and thought-provoking session, Claire Pattison, Programme Director and Leadership and Growth Lead at Manchester Metropolitan Business School will talk to two course alumni about their leadership journey, the challenges they faced as leaders, what they have changed and why becoming a more confident female leader is important to their business growth.

Plus sessions from Kellanova, Kraken Technologies, Manchester Airport Group, Thales, Roke, British Business Bank, IPO, Tech She Can and many more….

We will be announcing the full list of expert speakers on the programme very soon, along with some famous faces who will be taking to the stage and sharing their stories.
