Speaker profile
For over 16 years, Tara has been a force for change in the business world. A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, she founded EAST VILLAGE. with a radical vision to empower women and underrepresented founders, creating a more level playing field through the power of PR.
Tara’s commitment to equality extends far beyond EAST VILLAGE. A champion of “an agency for a modern workforce,” she prioritises fostering a culture where team spirit thrives, flexible work arrangements are embraced, and a true sense of belonging is nurtured.
As well as being a mentor for Creative UK and Soho House x Creative Mentor Networks, she’s also a NED and charity co-founder; the latter of which, Let’s Feed Brum, receiving the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
Regularly sought-after as a keynote speaker and panellist, Tara ignites conversations on PR and personal branding, female founders scaling and securing investment, and the power of leading with empathy.
