WOMEN IN TECH? FEMALE TECHNOLOGIST?
HELL YES.

Progress in tech with new career opportunities.

Join us, 4 June 2025 at Manchester Central.

The Tech landscape is changing. We’ve seen it first-hand during the pandemic. Since 2020, remote working combined with unified communications and collaborations have propelled the technology shift. All businesses have had to embrace more technology to survive from apps to video conferencing and online retailing.

Yet, gender diversity with the technology sector has remained stagnant in the last 10 years. Women hold just 16% of senior positions with the tech sector. And as you go higher into executive leadership and director roles, women hold just 10% of executive-level positions. (Entelo, 2018.)

It’s time women/women-identifying individuals are included in the conversation to drive diversity AND technology forward. You deserve to be part of the conversation and to lead it!

Join us whether you are already in tech or want to enter the industry, across technical roles (e.g. developer, analyst, engineer, programmer, data scientist) or non-technical roles (e.g. sales/marketing/accounts director or manager).

ABOUT THE EVENT

The #1 expo for women in tech, looking for recruitment, guidance, and upskilling to excel your career.

Women in Business and Tech Expo is focused on advancing female leadership, centering conversations on propelling diversity in the field, and creating new opportunities for those currently in tech, or breaking into it; across both technical and non-technical roles.

We partner and collaborate with companies, organisations, and leading professionals across the tech industry to create opportunities for diverse management teams and boardrooms

  • A brilliant 2 days, so well organised a great line up. I thought I would miss seeing people in person, but actually I met lots of new people and was able to network. A great mix of speakers, exhibitors and attendees.

    Mo

  • I wanted to attend Women in Business Expo as an opportunity to network with large employers. It worked tremendously well, and I now have a number of very large companies actively considering vacant roles for me.

    Hannah

  • I am amazed with everything I learned these last 2 days. It opened my mind to other opportunities, and I received tonnes of helpful advice about what I need to do to go forward in my career. Thank you so much.
