As the global leader for Talent Acquisition (TA), Zohra focuses on workforce strategies that grow thriving business groups for Cisco. She has proven experience from design to execution for HR and workforce solutions to give our businesses a competitive advantage and believes in the power of an inclusive culture to materialize business goals. At Cisco, Zohra is known as an authentic leader, who fosters strong internal-cross functional partnerships to inspire workforce growth.    

Zohra has been with Cisco for 15 years and has taken on several leadership roles during her career. She has led University Recruiting and Professional Sales TA for EMEAR, then moved to the US and transformed the Americas Emerging Talent Recruiting team into a leading program for Early in Career talent. In 2019, she joined the Meraki team as their Director of Global TA. She is now Cisco’s VP of TA, leading the team who supports all hiring strategies across the company.

Before joining Cisco, Zohra worked at Hudson Global Resources, consulting several organizations’ talent attraction and recruitment strategies.

Originally from London, she now lives in Southern California with her husband and son.
