Tijana is Consulting Director at Zuhlke, specialising in customer experience strategy and service design. She has led the design, strategy and delivery of transformative customer experience for clients across a range of industries. She has worked in a variety of roles within both the public and private sectors, including Tate, the Southbank Centre, PA Consulting, Fluxx and the Royal Institution of Great Britain. She is passionate about improving people’s lives and experiences and making positive impact wherever she can.

When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, travelling and taking photographs of places she visits.
