Sarah has been an engineer in Thales for 13 years working on Naval and Land products. Sarah started as a graduate mechanical engineer, became lead mechanical engineer for her product line and recently moved into systems engineering to broaden her knowledge and responsibility. Sarah also mentors apprentices and graduates and is Subject Matter Expert on both pressure vessels and hull safety for Thales OME (Optronics and Missile Electronics).
