Sam is global co-head of Digitization and Workflow Engineering at Goldman Sachs. She also leads the Automation Center of Excellence for EMEA, an initiative to scale automation of global, cross-divisional, end-to-end business processes. Internally, Sam serves as a sponsor of the EMEA Engineering Maternity Champions Group, and co-sponsor of the EMEA Federation Associate Advisory Council.
In her previous role, Sam was global co-head of Investment Banking Division (IBD) Technology, and has previously run engineering teams in Compliance, Regulatory, Finance and Operations divisions. She joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst 1995 and was named managing director in 2017. Sam earned a BSc in Computer Science from University College London.
