Rachel has been at Capital One for over 20 years, where she has done a range of roles both in the Business and Technology, and is currently a Tech Risk Director in the Enterprise Services Risk team, responsible for the UK and Enterprise Cyber. She is also the UK Women in Tech Chapter Sponsor and Lead.

She is a passionate supporter of Diversity and Inclusion, and in building and leading by example a culture of Belonging. She is a firm believer that everyone should believe they can be whatever they want to be, and plays an active role in mentoring and coaching women both internally and externally to achieve their hopes and dreams, and to fulfil their full potential
