Paul is Programme Director of the Oxford Programme on Negotiation & teaches negotiation to major corporations as well as on the Owning Your Career programme with the Women of the Future Network at Saïd Business School. Paul is also Programme Director of the Women’s World Banking’s Leadership & Diversity Programme focusing on greater financial inclusion for women.
