Natalie Tedstone is the Recruitment and Talent Director at IRIS, and has spent just over two years with the business. In the space of such a short time, she has implemented huge changes across the business, including the creation of the IRIS Graduate Programme, the High Potential Programme (a fast-track career development programme for our best and brightest), and talent strategies such as succession planning and career mapping.
