May Pepere is the Chief Information Officer, International & Data at Morgan Stanley. As International CIO, May is responsible for Morgan Stanley’s diverse global technology footprint across our Global Centers in Europe, Asia and Canada. In her Data CIO role, she leads the Firm’s Data Centre of Excellence, an enterprise function driving firm-wide data governance, data quality and sensitive data protection.

May joined the firm in 1993 as a system analyst and has held a succession of technology leadership positions during her career with the Firm. She is deeply committed to diversity in Technology, serving on the Steering Committee of the Firm’s Women in Technology group and as senior sponsor for the Girls Who Code program at Morgan Stanley. May is also passionate about innovation, has mentored countless innovators and is herself a patent holder.
