Lynne Stevens is Associate Dean for Enterprise, Employability and Engagement at University of Hertfordshire Business School, and is Director of Herts Business Academy, a business/university network, and Programme Director for Help to Grow: Management.

Lynne is an experienced commercial sales and marketing professional, and has worked with many organisations, from start-ups, social enterprises, charities, public bodies to corporates, driving creativity, innovation, growth, performance, and productivity.

Now a ‘pracademic’ in one of the largest UK Business Schools, Lynne’s heart lies in championing entrepreneurship to 7000 students, and in the pandemic, led a team helping local SMEs fix their business challenges.
