As CEO of Confused.com, Louise has returned the business to its former start-up culture, by focusing on optimising the company’s core insurtech function.
Louise worked as a Senior Strategy Advisor at Fujitsu, before joining Admiral Group in 2009, including three years spent at Confused.com as Business Development Manager and Finance Director, before taking on the role as CEO.
Louise is passionate about disrupting stereotypes associated with the insurtech sector and uses her platform to actively drive fintech across Wales through her positions on the Insurtech 2.0 and Fintech Wales boards, as well as recently accepting the position of Non-Executive Director at CFC Underwriting, in order to further support our industry and community.
