Speaker profile

Katie leads decarbonising business operations and development of sustainability strategies at Capgemini Invent, with particular focus across intelligent technologies within Manufacturing, Automotive, Defence and Aerospace. She also invests in emerging climate technologies.

Previously to this at McLaren, Katie developed and launched McLaren’s 10-year sustainability strategy with focus on net-zero strategies and circular design. She also launched McLaren Accelerator – working with FMCG, Defence and global Pharma organisations; using F1 capabilities to accelerate operational efficiencies, via digital twins & transformation and sustainable outcomes.

Katie is a member of the Financial Times Climate Council and Santander W50 Emerging Leaders Program at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Previously to this, Katie worked at consulting firm Gartner, with global technology brands. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BA Hons in Business Strategy and Management.
