Jo is an innovative, professional transformational change coach, who is passionate about building confidence, self-belief and self-worth. Jo developed her interest in working with change from her career in the addiction field, working as a substance misuse counsellor. Jo currently works with 1:1 clients along with groups, both personally and for corporates.

Jo works for Barefoot Coaching as Lead In-House Coach and Tutor.
