Before joining Genesys, EJ was EMEA Senior Services Sales Director at Dell Technologies, advising and implementing its EMEA services growth strategy for the top global accounts. Prior to this she held the position of Sales Director and General Manager (UK&I) for Enterprise & Commercial Accounts and led the sales teams for BT, KPNQuest & AT&T.
EJ has achieved strong commercial success in her career to date within organisations such as Dell Technologies, BT, KPNQuest, AT&T and BRT.
