Eduardo has been in recruitment for around 20 years, 15 of them at Cisco where he has held a variety of regional and pan-EMEA positions partnering with the sales and services organizations and corporate functions like marketing & communications, legal or HR.

Today he leads a team of recruiters focused on attracting and hiring the top sales talent for Cisco’s global specialist sales, global virtual sales and AppDynamics sales teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and ensuring a second to none candidate experience.

Eduardo holds a BSc in Sociology and a MSc in Human Resources Management and Organization.
