David has been training people how to reach their true potential for more than 30 years. Alongside providing world-class strategic support to clients in the award winning Passion to Profit Mentorship, David, along with Chris, Karene and David Gil Cristobal, co-founded and runs HCB Speak to Shine, where they train corporate executives and sales teams how to maximise their opportunities and double their profits.

With clients from across Europe, David has worked with Barclays, Standard Life, Coutts, HSBC, Macquarie Bank, Zurich Insurance, American Express, Orange, Aviva and Turner Entertainment.

Known as Europe’s Smasher of Glass Ceilings, David helps his high level corporate clients get promoted to boardroom positions, typically adding an extra £100,000 to their income stream.
