Carolyn Clarke is the founder and CEO of Brave Consultancy, a disruptive boutique committed to driving responsible business through providing board advisory, risk, governance, and assurance services to fast growing and maturing companies, particularly in the digital and environmental sectors. A seasoned independent director, Big 4 partner and in-house senior executive Carolyn brings pragmatism, insight and empathy in advising a broad spectrum of organisations to embed effective systems of risk management and internal control, deliver appropriate financial and financial reporting outcomes, and achieve commercial outcomes through transformation and change.

Carolyn has held multiple Board positions. She currently chairs the Board of the leading humanitarian charity, Care International UK, responsible for the largest International Women’s Day event, March4Women, as well as being a director with Starling Bank and with the plastics recycling innovator, Agilyx.
