Beth Taylor joined Cisco in 2019 coming through the UK Cross Functional Degree Apprenticeship programme. During her three year course, Beth has gain experience in various corners of Cisco from communications to service delivery, before eventually finding her place within the People and Communities organisation.
After a years ramp up to the role, Beth has become the first Cisco UK apprentice to land a role in People and Communities. With employee experiences at the forefront of her mind, Beth has initiated a variety of projects influencing how Cisco, on a global level, impacts employees experiences relating to health, future, work and life.
Beth is ontrack to graduate in December 2022 with a BSc in Digital Technology Solutions.
