The UK Tech market demand in June 2021 was 42% higher than 2019. Finding the talent to fill these roles is becoming increasing challenging. As STEM companies struggle to fill the gaps in their workforce, finding solutions and simplifying the complexities of hiring a global workforce is time critical. Brexit demanded companies to obtain a sponsorship license to retain / hire employees as the accessibility to the EU talent pool closed with the end of free movement. The session will explore the importance of Opening Borders and creating a global mobility strategy when recruiting with a focus on the female talent pool.
