Narrowing the Negotiation Gender Gap
Negotiating is fundamental to everything we do and yet research shows that women are less likely than men to use it to get what they want, seeing negotiation as too adversarial. In this session, we argue that this doesn’t have to be the case and that women can be every bit as successful if they adopt a number of key principles.
