Aided by my colleague Anne Fahy, we’ll discuss our career paths so far, highlighting the different routes we’ve taken to progress in business and technology careers. We’ll examine how both the tech and business industries can support women in developing and changing their career paths and highlight some fantastic work Novuna is doing to ensure all opportunities are open to its female workforce.
